School & District Training Form

Meet Brittany

If you didn’t already know, I have a deep passion for helping teachers be the best they can be. I love teaching about the neurodivergent brain and helping teachers make sense of behavior.

My approach to teacher training mirrors the approach I use in my classroom:

  • motivating through engagement and hands-on learning.
  • building competency through accessibility, scaffolding, and explicit instruction.
  • creating "AHA Moments!" by providing opportunities for reflection, discussion, and connection.

Each training is designed to empower teachers to feel that they have the ability to create real change in their classrooms, communities, and schools. I not only educate about the brain, behavior, and motivation, but I also integrate all the strategies I recommend directly into the training. This approach not only teaches them how to apply these strategies but also provides them with firsthand experience, helping them grasp why these strategies are effective.

Through coaching and training, I've learned that the best way to teach teachers is exactly how we teach kids: not with long lectures or boring slides, but with connection and engagement. As a teacher, I understand how valuable professional development time is and how frustrating it can feel to sit through PD that teachers don't connect with or that puts them to sleep.

Is your school or district ready to move forward on learning how to understand how neurodivergent brains work?

To get kids engaged, make teaching less stressful, and approach student behavior with empathy and connection?

I’m here for you!
